Mr. Critchley represents individuals and organizations in business and securities litigation. Mr. Critchley has represented publicly traded corporations, Broker- Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors and Investment Professionals at all stages of Federal and State litigation and during regulatory proceedings. Mr. Critchley has also counseled Boards of Directors and senior management on internal investigations as well as advised Corporations on the implementation of comprehensive compliance systems.
Mr. Critchley received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Critchley also received his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Following Law School, Mr. Critchley clerked for the Honorable Dennis Cavanaugh, U.S.D.J in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Critchley also spent several years working at the Investment Banking firm of Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Critchley has been selected as a SuperLawyer. Mr. Critchley has also received an AV rating in Business and Securities Litigation by Martindale Hubbell, indicating that his peers believe he has achieved the highest level of professional excellence.
Mr. Critchley currently serves as a Trustee of The University of Medicine and Denistry of New Jersey where he serves as Chairman of the Legal Committee.
